What is the best water cooler for a home?

I am looking for a water cooler and I need suggestions. I have searched online and a lot of them get negative reviews. I was looking at desktop and regular water coolers and appreciate any help. I really wanted to get a desktop water cooler, but those have gotten some of the worse reviews. Thanks!
